NET 30 day terms available OAC. Orders shipping to the following States require a Form 5500 or F0003 if tax exempt, otherwise subject to the appropriate taxes; Arizona and Washington.
Shipping & Processing Policy
Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of order. Actual shipping times may vary based on selected shipping method. Customers will be charged freight according to product weight from origination zip-code to destination zip-code based on Carrier's current rates for the service type chosen. UPS is used unless otherwise requested and freight charges will be added to your order accordingly. Should you prefer to use another carrier or want to use your own UPS Account Number; please list it in the appropriate places when placing order for products. Ziptape® Label ID Systems, is not responsible for rate changes by the carrier.
The user shall be responsible for determining suitability of the product for his intended use, and user assumes all responsibility for an injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of misuse. Ziptape products are carefully inspected before shipment. As it is impossible to detect all imperfections, our policy is to replace such goods as proved defective. Ziptape warrants that the product is free of defect in material and workmanship and their only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product that the user proves to be defective; and they shall not be liable for any damages including consequential and special damages. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are given.

All Claims of shortage or erroneous charges must be presented in writing within 10 (ten) days after receipt of shipment. All claims of defect and/or adjustments must be presented in writing to ZipTape Label ID Systems within 30 days of the date of shipment. Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be requested and approved prior to returning any item otherwise the package will be refused at our dock. Approved returns should be shipped back in original packing with product SKU labels in place and freight prepaid. A 20%-50% restock fee or higher will apply and fees are determined at receipt inspection based on the condition of the product and how much repackaging is necessary to return the product to a sellable condition.
Custom and Non-Standard Products
Custom and special orders are non-cancellable or returnable after customer has agreed or signed-off on the proof. Lead-Times may vary but generally a custom product can be built within 10-14 business days. Minimums and set-up fees may apply. The quantity shipped may vary 10% (+/-) on all custom orders.
